Recap of July 4th Meeting

Over 75 members showed up on a hot July 4th to learn more about the Association's recent accomplishments and learn more about the upcoming Town Meeting.
Members were asked to contact their state representatives to encourage them to support Representative Cantwell's proposed municipal financing amendment which would extend the debt servicing portion of any loan obtained by the Town to 20 years. http://www.marshfieldbeachassociation.org/click-here-for-example-letter/
In addition, members also were provided information about voter registration/eligibility requirements and were asked to help drum up support for the vote on August 2nd.
